Name was confusing because the franchise is Kpot but, this one is Ktop per the owner's decision to leave the franchise and make it his own. Still, the food was good, place was clean, and Asia gave us good service. We had the lunch buffet with seafood soup and the ramen soup with meats to grill. Got to make our own sauce and there were a few banchan sides to choose from. We finished with small cups of chocolate ice cream for dessert. Bathroom was clean and there was plenty of parking. Would return.

Came to kpot for my husband's birthday and had a great time. Food was great and came out quickly. The server was the best. Friendly, welcoming, and very helpful a big thank you to Spider for all her service.

We went to K-TOP Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Longview, Texas for my husband’s birthday, and it was such a great experience! It was our first time trying Korean BBQ and hot pot, and our waitress, Spyder, made everything so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, explaining how everything worked and making sure we had what we needed. There were so many meat options to choose from, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The soup bases were especially flavorful—definitely a highlight of the meal! We had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking to try something fun and different!

3rd time coming to ktop. This time, we brought a group! Ktop IS better with friends! Wonderful food, amazing atmosphere, and our waiter, Tyler did so incredibly! He made sure to pay attention, explained everything very clearly to our friends and helped make the whole time, a good time! We will definitely be back!

I decided I wanted to try this place for my birthday dinner yesterday. From walking in to being seated wasn't a pleasant experience. There was a lack of hospitality, much less a smile. Our waiter walked up and it changed. Cliff was knowledgeable and made decisions from favorites to customer raves. He brought the smile and a favorable experience! We enjoyed our time and easy conversations. Thank you Cliff! We didn't really care for the Spicy options because it did not pack the purpose of the word. I found it more on the sweet side. This was even down to the jalapenos and wasabi. The rice was dry (both). I want to try the hot pots next time. Hopefully they will have a bit more heat that we enjoy.
